Atlanta based up and comer Royce Rizzy who is also the newest signee to RCA Records has been making quite a name for himself. While also being managed by hip hop legend Jermaine Dupree he is learning more and more about how the game works everyday. Connecting with fellow rising artists Chox-Mak & King Mez he knew that he would have a guaranteed hit on his hands. Chox-Mak is currently taking the internet by storm every week with releasing something for his fans and building something major with DJ YRS Jerzy. And King Mez happens to be one of J. Cole’s artists under Dreamville. The production on the new release “Sacrifices” was brought by DJ Profluent who is also the president of the top rating DJ coalition “Fleet DJs”. This single is something that will have your head nodding from the delivery and word play that is brought. Definitely look out for more music from all three of these talented artists in the near future.

Hey my name is Shamaine “$HAMAINE M$NEY” Darden but in the music world I am DJ So Styles. I am an 18 year old Female DJ from Boston, MA (Roxbury). I started DJ’ing 4 years old when I was 14 and never looked back. I am currently in my last year of High School at Fenway High School. Music has always been apart of my life due to my Father. I listened to classical/funky/smooth Jazz before anything else but when he did introduce me to Hip-hop it was all she wrote. I listen to everything so you’ll hear everything from me. I have grown a very loyal fan base in New Orleans with the Bounce culture and I am so humble, I want to reach out to other states and get you’ll listening also.
During his recent interview with Angie Martinez on New York’s Hot 97, Kanye West confirmed that he has formed a partnership with Adidas. “So then I start turning up in the BBC interview,” Kanye explains. “So [Nike] said, ok cool, we’re gonna give you a bigger sandbox to play in. We’re gonna give you this amount right here to design, and two collections a year, and 30 SKU — that’s the amount of items that you have. Would that make you happy, Kanye?” And rightfully so, Kanye replied: “I need royalties.” Nike reportedly told him that was not possible because he is not a professional athlete. To which he righteously replied, “I go to the Garden and play one-on-none. I’m a performance athlete.” He continued, “So the old me, without a daughter, would have taken the Nike deal because I just love Nike’s so much. But the new me, with a daughter, takes the Adidas deal because I have royalties and I have to provide for my family.” via Brian Farmer from High Snobiety x Fashion
